It was unique base for traveling to Bendigo, I was glad to stay there. Excellent service, although a few employees were rather noisy. I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and greatly enjoyed it.
Disappointing aspect was quite small bathroom.

Very comfy bed, room was generous sized, with Wi-Fi, 2 televisions, and tea making facilities. The location was good, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a performing arts theater. Everything was amazing and exceeded high expectations.

Location: the hotel was just off tourist spots pickup, centre of city, and park. Went to Rising Sun Venue for drink or two, set within walking distance of the hotel. The breakfast was included.
